No longer works and name already taken? #2

Am I doing this wrong? Am I not supposed to just dump the "NitroLess.theme.css" file into the themes folder and enable it?
Nitro is still there. I'm not sure this works anymore?
(Yes, I have tried having only this theme enabled and none other, doesn't work then either.)
And as for the taken name. . . I think these guys have the claim on it:

If this theme does ever get updated to. . . you know, "work" (if the issue is that it just broke over time), then perhaps consider a name change too to avoid confusion.
NitroBgone, NitroHyde or something like that could work.
