Add Autoprefixer

The reset is pretty small right now, so it doesn't make sense at the moment to add extra setup just to get Autoprefixer going when prefixing can still just as easily be done manually. This is a note to self in case that ever changes. If it does, don't forget to:

• Remove property-no-vendor-prefix from the Stylelint config.
