thingerio server: fail to signup

Hi,
I've installed the thinger io server on a fedora 26 machine.
I succeeded to get the web login interface.
When trying to create a new account I got a message saying "unknown error"
Can you please help me about it?

This error uses to be related with database connection problems. Did you verified that MongoDB is up and running?

yes mongodb is running
