Registered tasks sync

Remove task if a response message lost in between on heartbit. For that, a minion should have an internal task tracker and respond to the master on heartbit the update in usize if there are still tasks.

If there no tasks left, response is omitted so is default to 0, thus queue gets flushed. This also means "task dropped".
