I tried repairing differently, normal item with gold, modded with gold, and normal item with item
Item to item repair I counted xp expense and it was 3-6-8-10-12-Too expensive

Only mod in modpack that modifies anvil is Easy Anvil.
As I guess this means its unnecessary installing this mod if you have it?

I'll update later after testing EasyAnvil alone, need to close browser

After deleting AnvilNeverTooExpensive repair value reseted to 0 and EasyAnvil worked as supposed.
