Node fails under load

doing 100,000 SETs even with a 1ms timeout produces random results.. the parser could be slightly off, however even when DBSIZE reports back with a large number the AOF contains farrrr less, which is not good :) node's fs.WriteStream seems to be failing

confirmed. if you write out to the stream to fast, it fails. 1ms timeout with roughly 13k SETs they are fine, but without the timeout sometimes you get 7k written, sometimes 6k etc

200k writes takes 20 seconds... so a subclass of the WriteStream with buffer management might be the best solution
