Steps to reproduce

1. On the 8th period signup page, on the "Search for names, sponsors, rooms..." box, do a search with an apostrophe (for example, Ms. O'Neill).

Expected behavior

1. Search results returned correctly, like when you replace the apostrophe with a space.

Actual behavior

1. No results appear.
