Implement `version` cmd or `--version` / `-v` flag

This is pretty standard, and lets users know which version they're using, if unsure. brew tracks version information, but if users download binaries directly it won't be easy to tell which is which.

• turnkey version
• turnkey -v
• turnkey --version

Should all return the current CLI version ideally.
