Adding Macro Menu items from external file

I am trying to add macro menu items using load_macro_file(macrotest.rc) but i keep getting syntax error:

Is what im trying to achieve even possible? i would like to load macro menu items from a separate file because i want to roll out tools to multiple users but dont want to edit their individual nedit.rc
