Allow registering custom endpoints like IAS CIE #63
Description
Looks like it has been marked as "@deprecated" since the 1st revision on github.
I think it might be necessary if we want to launch zigbee4java as a customized device (e.g. IAS CIE) besides the ZigBee controller.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
