Sign Button not functioning as expected.

Describe the bug
When signing up to stream2peers when you enter your email address and click the Login button, it does not respond.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Stream2Peer platform signin page.
2. Click on the "Sign in" button.
3. Notice button does not respond.

Expected behavior
When clicked on the login button it is supposed to navigate to the OTP page where the user will be asked to input the OTP sent to the email.
