[Test Automation] Fix Smoke Tests

Previously, smoke tests worked good.

But now, when running them for DEV I get some issues:

1. Work Manger - Dashboard Page Tests Using Copilot Role [TC_003] Should verify All Work and Application feedback link is working.
   Message:
   Failed: Cannot read property 'getText' of undefined

2. Work Manager - Create Challenge Tests: Create Challenge Tests: [TC_006] should verify user can create new Data Science Challenge - First2Finish
   Message:
   Expected 'Development-First2Finish-Automation-2021-11-25T11:47:08+00:00' to contain 'Data Science-First2Finish-Automation-2021-11-25T11:48:03+00:00'.

3. Work Manager - Create Challenge Tests: Create Challenge Tests: [TC_008] should verify user can create new Design Challenge - Challenge
   Message:
   Failed: Page did not load within timeout.Wait for Element To get Displayed
   Wait timed out after 300001m

Fix all the cases, or any other case so all the tests work good.
