Wordpress crashes with Activation of Topspin Store Plugin 4.0 (4.0.9.1)

When activating version 4.0.9.1 after an update, the plugin causes my wordpress install to crash completely.

Anyone else having similar problems? I'm not even getting php errors...

I'm running 4.0.9.1 on 1 client's site.

Did not encounter any problems installing that version. Though I think that is the version we launched the store with so it wasn't updating a prior version.

Yeah, I'm getting all sorts of strange behavior. On a dev version on my laptop it is working alright, but the Default Store option is listing only a small selection of the stores, and listing each twice at that. This is very frustrating.
