add a method that warns user when their public IP has changed.

if the user rins a command that uses the namecheap api and their ip has changed, they will get an error.

this method can prevent that by opening the page to up to the url:
https://ap.www.namecheap.com/settings/tools/apiaccess/whitelisted-ips

and printing the users new public IP.

Your IP Address is different from that whitelisted in namecheap. Please whitelist your new IP - ${IP_ADDRESS}

1. log in to namecheap in the browser window
2. If you arent going to use your old IP anymore, click on 'EDIT', otherwise click on 'ADD IP'
3. if adding a new IP, give your IP a name
4. paste in your new IP in the IP Address filed
5. confirm with your namecheap password and click on 'save changes'
