Support for additional parameter sets

https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-fluhrer-lms-more-parm-sets-09.html gives numeric identifiers to M24 (e.g., SHA256-192) parameter sets for LMS. Would it be possible to support these in a future version of lms-go?
