Version bump in PyPi

I see that the version number in PyPi is 0.0.0 yet there are releases and updates in GitHub. Would you mind releasing the new updates to PyPi? Thank you! @nyergler @dbendilas @kouk @Diontsoumas

@delaine-eb I don't think any of the people you tagged are the package owner on PyPI. Given the maintainer listed there, I think it's questionable what that package even contains. This project isn't that active, so you'll probably be better off pinning to a git SHA rather than a PyPI release.
