Map doesn't have ascii colours when installed

It works correctly when using devtools::load_all()

The levels_beginner object has dropped the ascii escapes. Rather than including npc objects in the level designation, consider specs for the npcs instead so the npc and warrior objects can be built on runtime rather than when the package is built.

This affects the CRAN release. This issue will stay open until it's fixed in CRAN.
