Integrate auto-scoreboard functionality #307
Description
Integrate the functionality of the AutoScoreboard tool into the main application. A public URL can be openened for a specific folder which then refers to the correct tournament.
Additional requirements:
- There should be the option to disable specific tournaments
- Folders would also need a "private/public "toggle (or maybe even an own "page" in the portal)
