Have cooked-validators only depend on CHaP #401
Description
CHaP is very convenient and is used in all but one of our dependencies. We believe that have all our dependencies coming from chap will allow some additional caching and thus drastically reduce our compilation and CI duration. We need to push for cardano-node-emulator being updated on CHaP to be able to rely solely on this package data base.
