[Feature Request] Allow setting the campaign id on drop event trigger

Currently when you call:

twitch event trigger drop

The Drop Entitlement Grant Notification Payload has a random campaign_id set. There should be a flag where we can set the campaign_id so we can test multiple entitlements against a single campaign.
