There is no package called 'stringi' #19

Folks,
Any help on this configuration issue appreciated. It looks like stringi did not install with devtools
Running R version 3.2.2 (2015-08-14) on a Windows 6 through the Shiny interface
devtools::install_github("twitter/BreakoutDetection")
