Inconsistent script naming in usage guide of readme.md #9

Great job, but I had a small problem running pipline.
According to the guide ,the script run in that translated RNA sequence portion are translatePart1. R, translatePart2. R, respectively.
But in the bin folder, the scripts are named translationPart1. R, translationPart2. R.
