add utility function nlAddressSelectInput

A useful addition would be to have a shiny utility function nlAddressInput, which is identical to
a shiny::selectInput but showing suggestions (from pdok) while selecting/typing.

The necessary code to be used can be found in ./inst/suggest/app.R
