Start the schedule page

The schedule page is how volunteers and admins view all current and upcoming shifts that they are scheduled for. It has 2 main views:

• The list view where each upcoming shift has a card with relevant actions which are displayed in order
• The calendar view where shifts are displayed in a calendar.

The figma page is pretty accurate currently, the only difference being there is no filtering by type for the MVP, so you can ignore that part of the figma.

You should be able to use the trpc.shifts.list query to fetch data but that depends on #107 so for now you can mock data.
