Deploy the application

We need to have the application deployed for BC Brain Wellness to use by January. Based on their cost limits, it doesn't make sense to run each component (backend, dbs) in their own VPS instance but rather install Dokploy on a strong vps.

• Use Oracle Cloud's very generous free tier
• Install Dokploy on the VPS
• Research how to use github actions to deploy our app to Dokploy
• Contact BCBrainWellness to point thier domain name vms.bcbrainwellness.ca at our ip
