Start the profile section of the settings dialog

This should be in the src/components/settings/profile-settings-content.tsx file. Which is viewable in the settings overlay when you are on the profile tab.

This should be a form which allows users to update their profile information including, profile picture, first name/last name and email.

For volunteers specifically they should also be able to update their

• bio
• pronouns
• preferred name
• city and province

This should be gated behind a WithPermissions component checking for the { profile: ["update"] } permission.

There is currently no design for this section but it should be build using shadcn primitives. A good resource for another site that uses shadcn primitives for their ui is cal.com so we should be able to steal/get inspo from thier settings component:
