• Need to up the value of upload_max_filesize
  -- Can't be done via script. Must be in documentation
  -- Should have a configuration of max size, soo
• Need to make it so you can view the attachment from Inject Manager
• Possible issue when uploading a file, with one file still being there.

Moved attachments to it's own controller.

Right now it's super insecure, but #YOLO. When we upload an attachment, we should generate an access key with it.
