Alarms for Fish

Given that Eorzea weather and time is determinative (such that there exist several libraries for calculating it), it stands to reason that Garland Tools could be providing availability windows and alarms for certain fish the way that it does for unspoiled and ephemeral gathering nodes.

To illustrate, here is the item for Hannibal, a fish with a very specific availability pattern:

This would make it much easier for users to plan their time pursuing particularly tricky fish.

I feel pretty certain this idea must have come up before, which makes me wonder if the reason the feature doesn't exist is due to a technical limitation (as there are far fewer timed gathering nodes than there are fish) or simply because development time has been spent elsewhere. If the issue is the latter, I'd be happy to make a pull request and take a hack at it, but if the issue is the former it's at least good to have that clarified in an Issue for posterity.

It already does this on https://www.garlandtools.org/bell/
Look up Hannibal in the search box and it will show how long until the window opens/closes on the top right of the card. You can then click the card (not the fish name) and select favourite to have it notify you using the alarm settings.
