When the recipient of 4-eyes verifications switches to an integrated callback model, they may still receive emails because of duplicated records.

• eg buyer 1 records a supplier with a DUNS number
• buyer 2 records the sample supplier with a GLN
• buyer 3 records the same supplier with a dns domain
• buyer 4 records the same supplier with a national tax registration number

How do we know that these are all the same supplier?
