add a field to the version api for a reason for the update

This would be needed so that people can skip normal version updates, but not the security ones which should be mandatory, I think.

Since Stationhub is going to handle the security of the downloaded builds of the game, it is very important that we patch security issues and make sure the users get a safe version of the launcher.

I open the discussion on best approaches for this feature, or if you guys think it is unnecessary.
