a new image downloader

There is another method that can be used as an alternative to duckduckgo for downloading images.

it's similar to duckduckgo. 
It creates folders ideal for image classification, e.g. /dataset/apple fruit/Image_1.jpg

Some students might prefer to use bing search for better search results.
