Ability to bootstrap Vexilographer without it being wrapped in a List #143

The new Vexilographer 3 changes are great. Nice work!
One slight change/enhancement that would be nice, is the ability to create Vexilographer without it being wrapped in its own List, so the flag sections can be shown directly in the root view.
