Setting proxies takes multiple transactions #9
Description
People should be re-ticketing often. At the very least, it shouldn't be hard to re-ticket, or to accept and configure a (new) point with a fresh wallet.
To that end, an "accept transfer and set proxies" function might be useful, so that it doesn't take 3-4 separate transactions.
