iOS provider earns less revenue than Android

It appears the provider is not running as often in the background as on Android. We may need to look at background tasks to wake up and provide for some time.

Another update, it seems like connect/the VPN tunnel service can sometimes hang. Restarting the tunnel seems to resolve the issue. It's been seen in a number of ways, from just running the app normally to letting the app run overnight.
