warpctl: service is partially drained if there is no current image in the dockerhub repo #7
Description
warpctl should leave the running container untouched if there is not current image in the dockerhub repo. This can happen if dockerhub deleted the image from the API metadata. It's still not clear why dockerhub would cull older images.
