H-tags

How do we use H-tags in component templates? We don't know where the component will be injected so how do we know if, for example, H1 is a suitable tag?

Untill proper browser support for sectioning, advise to NOT use h1, use h2 as default. Additionally, we could add a SemCom specific level attribute, or use aria-level (https://medium.com/@Heydon/managing-heading-levels-in-design-systems-18be9a746fa3), or detect both.
