We need to think about how the client's CSS can/should be applied to elements under the shadow root of semcom components.

Specify list of CSS variables that can/must be supported by SemCom components (also specify that they cannot use other variables). Take a look at the ones we currently use, and what is typically done by other CSS frameworks.
