Think about standardization of some events

It would be interesting if the semcom spec included a standard name and payload of certain events: alerts (or updates), errors (possibly included in alerts), translation requests and responses (architecturally similar to the new data flow).

Data events are already partly done by Wouter. Take a look at that implementation to also model translation events (in a similar request-response style) and alert events (one-way, with an enum of alert types).
