Inside notebook to start, then put outside later. Should make a catalog of astronomical objects, with positions and objectIDs, and then a light curve catalog for each one (object ID, MJD, flux, for some simple model light curve)

Update: in notebook 3 we made our first "catalog", containing N stars, each with an ID and a distance.

I must admit I am little confused by how we have set up the problem here. So, we have a cluster where each star has a single measured distance. This eliminates the need of a relational database structure since all we need is a data structure containing stars and their corresponding distances.

I was imagining we would have e.g, fluxes with timestamps corresponding to each star object so that we could then have a relational data structure where each flux is linked to a star object. Am I missing something?
