Command for data format conversion #325
Description
User Story:
As a Metaschema developer, in order to more effectively change between serialized JSON, XML, and YAML formats when prototyping models and document instances, I want a metaschema-cli command to convert between the different versions of a document instances between data format for different models dynamically so that I do not need to do it manually.
Goals:
- Take given Metaschema models in the module(s) and a document instance
- Convert between different data formats
- Without having pre-compiled bound model classes

Acceptance Criteria
- All website and readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated. Changes to the website can be made in the docs/content directory of your branch.
- A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
- The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
