Reset params

There was a functionality before, to define value ranges for the random reset of the env. This has been removed, presumably because you cannot jit it easily? Will it stay that way or is it possible to add it again?

Giving ranges for initial random position and vel.

If you want to, you can set the ranges on init by providing a custom reset function:
