CLI: list-datasets does not list signals datasets

I see only classic datasets. Where are the Signals datasets? They were once included back then...

Tested on numerapi 2.20.7 and Python 3.12...

The CLI currently does not support this, but I just submitted a PR to add a --tournament flag: #119
