Link or describe options for supported regions in azure

Today the pattern makes assumptions that a certain class of vms are available in azure

1. Is that the correct list - if not broaden and correct.
2. Cross link to region availability in azure or Red Hat documentation.

I found this very helpful:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/explore/global-infrastructure/products-by-region/table
if you type "Virtual Machines" in the search box
you'll get a list of classes and where they are GA/preview

specifically then searching the page for "DCasv5" (which is afaik is the amd with SEP-SNV)

I wonder if it's available by API somewhere to just query for that
