Adding Fulltext Search Documentation

As part of the Fulltext Text search capability being added to valkey-search, there are updated to the existing command syntax, and other functional enhancements. This functionality is planned to be released in valkey-search 1.2

We went over this in the RFC, and in the documentation, going over this in depth to explain the different query syntax operators, properties of text indexes, ingestion, new configs, etc, will be important.

Creating this issue to track the documentation effort and changes.

Here is an outline of what can be added to the documentation.

• Basic Commands / descriptions
• Common Use cases
• Tutorial - shown via valkey-cli
• Properties / Tunable configs
  • When should a user tune the configs?
• Best Practices regarding using the feature
  • Preventing operational issues by using the feature correctly / as recommended
• Limits
• Monitoring (metrics)

The one question I have is whether this existing documentation page should be extended (with a sub section on fulltext), or if a separate doc/page helps
