Update with main net

When this gose live are you going to update with the main net? Wanted to know also do you have plans on making a full node with front end and all the stuff to have a complete working pool server? That would be awesome it would be something the others don;t have

1. I definitely will release a mainnet docker image of a full node ready to go for mainnet release. The master branch will have the mainnet and the testnet branch will continue to support testnet.

2. I will consider making a full containerized pool if I have the time. I might do this with docker compose and use multiple containers (node, pool) instead of a big container with everything running in it.

Master branch now has experimental support for mainnet in boostrap mode, which will sync the bitcoin blockchain from bitcoin nodes, to prepare for mainnet launch.

Make sure you run ./update.sh to pull the latest version of the image.
