Are you missing Cube and sphere?
There is a function for determinate the penetration amount?

No Cube and Sphere :( Please feel free to add it. It should be easy: fun.point.ProjectOnPlane of sphere center for each plane of the cube. Penetration would be easy to get as distance between projected point and center
