getServiceDescription requires fully resolved ServiceID #2
Description
getServiceDescription does not resolve Service, so we need to call with fully specified serviceID. I do not know whether this is by design, but simply adding "serviceId = resolveService(serviceId);" to getServiceDescription(..) fixes it
