403 Forbidden Error

MasterLogin failed (check credentials)

I use correct userName and password but application not work
but when i use releases build it work! please help me.

It is most likely the same issue:

They solved issue using webview, which we can't do here. However, there were intermediate workaround forcing ciphers:

ECDHE+AESGCM:ECDHE+CHACHA20:DHE+AESGCM:DHE+CHACHA20:ECDH+AESGCM:DH+AESGCM:ECDH+AES:DH+AES:RSA+AESGCM:RSA+AES:!DSS

and disabling ALPN.

I think ciphers can be forced in .NET Core 3.1 using SocketsHttpHandler.SslOptions.CipherSuitesPolicy.
