Replacing Flash

Hello All.

Concerning the "File Links" module.
Has anyone figured out how to replace the "Flash" used for uploading with something else (like JS)?
(I'm may attempt it, but my skills are meager. So this is likely beyond me.)

It appears someone may have done this for the Property Agent module.

Now that Flash is officially eliminated from the Windows Environment, this has become a real problem for several sites where I use this module.

Is there any chance this could be fixed?
