Contact Form Validation span "visibility" in PA 1.10.13

The method used to hide the Validation spans has changed from "display:none" to "visibility:hidden" which making the form difficult to style.  Specifically, it creates a vertical gap between the inputs that takes up too much space.  I respectfully request that this be changed back to "display:none".

Also, the setting for "Message Lines" does not change the height of the textarea.
